I was ended leased with the company, I sended my terminal and pin pad back somehow they told me that they did not rec the pin pad and make me pay for $ 75 dollars of they are going to charge for monthly fee. I gave them the serial number of pin pad see if they can look for it. Look like someone took my pin pad when I sent it back, I don't have a way check on that. I am very upset this company and customer server is very rude, he keep said that " we did not rec your pin pad, you have to send it back or paid for $ 75 dollars" I told he " I already send it with my terminal, I don't have with me" He hand up on me.
I need to talk someone then him, but every time I called back there is same guy again, then I got hand up again. It was frustrated.

This company is horrible. I tried to cancel the lease because my sister committed fraudd and signed my name to the contract. I was given fraud papers and I filed a police report. This scared my sister so she admitted to the fraud. They disregarded this and continue to send me letters stating I owed them money. A judgement was put on my credit report. I did not want this on my credit report so they told my sister if she paid them $1400 they would take it off my report. My sister had one more payment and I called and asked if it derogatory item was going to be deleted, they told me no. The last payment was not paid. Yesterday they were able to go into me and my husbands account and take $5,600 dollars. So they mean every work they say. I am still afraid of what they can do. My husband says we cant sue we dont have any money. They are horrible but what can you do

I just got money withdrawn from my bank account for a bill of $150 which they said I owed from a 1998 business which I closed and cancelled the service, I thought. I paid $800 up front for my machine, and they said I now owed a rental charge for an unspecified period of time they didn't name but withdrew it out of my bank account without my knowledge. I just noticed $150 missing from my account, and the bank said that they slicked it out of my account without either of our permission or knowledge. When I called them, they threatened me and said after a company audit I was remiss in this payment which may be more, implying if I complained, they will take more out of my account. The bank cancelled my account and gave me a new one since they are slick and can hack into one's account without their permission or knowledge. I never even gave them the account information they took the money from. Is there any recourse for recovery? Although I feel this is minimal from what I have read about others, I am angry because it was fraudulent. Thanks. Larry

A decision here in New York could affect hundreds of thousands of small business owners all over the country. They are people who signed up for credit card processing machines through a Manhattan corporation. Now a judge has authorized a class action lawsuit over alleged overcharging.

Ever since we first reported on complaints against Northern Leasing Systems, also known as MBF leasing, we've received constant phone calls and emails from other small business owners from all around the country, asking why is nothing being done to stop these people?

Now the legal tables are turned. A New York State Supreme Court judge has ruled a lawsuit can go forward as a breach of contract class action against Northern Leasing, headquartered in Midtown. The judge said Northern Leasing must notify everyone who has signed a lease since 1999 that they may have been overcharged. We're talking at least 300,000 people.

Class Action lawyer Krishnan Chittur says there could be a lot of money at stake for alleged victims.
